Dr. Bridger has considerable experience which led to her appointment to Assistant City Manager on July 16, 2019, with oversight responsibilities of the Metropolitan Health District, Parks and Recreation, Office of Equity, and Department of Human Services. Previously, Dr. Bridger was named director of the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District where she was responsible for implementing policies and programs aimed at improving the health of the population in San Antonio and Bexar County.
The topic for this presentation will focus on the current vaccination efforts, observations and expectations in this historic effort to combat the COVID-19 virus.
