Judy Juarez O’Malley is an economic outreach specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, San Antonio Branch. She identifies, monitors, and engages key stakeholder groups from within central and south Texas to support the development and execution of strategic programs for the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. As part of the nation’s central bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is committed to strengthening the economy and our communities. During a career that includes 20 years of experience in the financial service industry, Judy has developed a diverse background in understanding and responding to the specific marketing needs of local communities in Texas with a concentrated focus on addressing the needs of the underserved and unbanked. As a marketing specialist, she focused on marketing initiatives and business development opportunities in San Antonio and Dallas.
Judy’s background includes building and nurturing relationships with bankers, consumer and business prospects, community partners, business industry leaders, and vendors while delivering an exceptional level of service. Judy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship and leadership from Southern Methodist University. Active in the community, she is a former member of the board of directors for the UTSA Alumni Association and has held numerous leadership roles in the Junior League of San Antonio, an organization of women committed to developing the potential of women and improving communities. She currently serves on the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce economic development and Healthcare & Bioscience.
