Maggie Hefley has held a variety of careers from insurance and estate planner to entrepreneur. She divides her time between San Antonio, Dallas and Santa Fe, New Mexico, where Maggie is active in the Santa Fe Film Festival and Industry. She has played extras and/or served as concierge extraordinaire on films such as Leap of Faith, with Steve Martin, Swing Vote with Kevin Costner, Crazy Heart with Jeff Bridges, and Gambit with Colin Firth. Her service to the State of Texas includes acting as Chairman of American Heart Association, Texas Affiliate, and the State Board Citizens Planning/Advisory Committee, Texas Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation. The list of additional civic activities also includes serving on boards for the YWCA and T. Boone Pickens School of Business at West Texas A&M University. Presently, Maggie supports her religious community as Senior Warden at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in San Antonio, Texas, where she is Chalice Bearer and a member of the Chancel Choir.
